How do I install Kuoll?
To install Kuoll, please see our installation guide. If you use store built on Magento 2, please see this guide.
How fast can Kuoll integrate into existing online store?
It will take no more than 5 minutes to install Kuoll script. Custom integration will take a little longer time. For Magento-based stores, we have developed the extension.
Who are your customers?
Small and medium-sized stores, as well as full-service agencies that develop and support online stores.
What does Kuoll count as an record?
Kuoll counts each error as an record. When you send us a crash report or exception, we count it. Additional metadata does not count as an record.
How Kuoll is different from services that testing or monitoring my store?
The main difference is that Kuoll is evaluating how specific error was affecting the revenue of online store.
With what analytics platform are you currently integrated?
Kuoll can integrate with Google Enhanced E-commerce Analytics.
Do you have a free trial?
Yes, new accounts are given a free 14 day trial of all of our Premium Plan. After 14 days, you can decide to keep using all of our Premium Plan or to move to our free plan.
Technology
Will Kuoll slow down my store?
Kuoll will not slow down your website. The script is loaded asynchronously. This means that the Kuoll script does not stop your site from loading its assets. Also, the script is served through a Content Distribution Network (CDN). The Kuoll script is served to your visitors from a system of strategically positioned servers around the globe, and not from a single location. This allows the script to be loaded faster by your visitors while offering much better availability. The Kuoll script loads and in two parts, with the initial part that provides API, and other code pieces are loaded when necessary.
Which Ecommerce platforms do you currently support?
We currently integrate with Magento out of the box. But you can install Kuoll on Shopify, WooCommerce, Bigcommerce or custom build web-store by copying script manually to your system.
Do you support Magento 2?
Yes, we fully support Magento 2 out of the box. To install Kuoll into Magento 2 based store, register and follow the installation instructions.
Can I use Kuoll on non-ecommerce sites?
Yes you can! Kuoll was built for e-commerce sites in particular, but is also compatible with non e-commerce sites. However, using Kuoll on a non e-commerce will limit some of our features (revenue loss).
How can I make sure that I installed the Kuoll script correctly?
All our data is shown in real time, so safest bet is to visit your website, check for errors and see if it shows up in Kuoll dashboard. We also suggest you do a test error to make sure the monitoring script is working as well. Wait a couple of minutes after making a test error, to see if it comes up in Kuoll.

How loss calculation works?
The simplified formula looks like this: Revenue loss = portion of users affected * portion of conversion drop.
I want to export data as PDF or CSV, is that possible?
Unfortunately, at present, this is impossible, but since many customers are asking to do that feature, we will want to do it in the very near future.
Pricing
What is included in the free trial?
The 14-day free trial lets you send unlimited errors to get a feel for your average usage. The trial also unlocks Kuoll’s advanced features and support.
What happens when my free trial expires?
When your trial expires we'll downgrade you to our free tier which is limited to up to 200,000 records per month.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. After you cancel your account, you won't be charged again.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes. When you pay for Kuoll annually, you'll receive one month free. Please contact us, to pay annually.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
It depends on the customization of Kuoll for your needs.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover and Diners Club. Payments are powered by Stripe. Also, you can pay directly via ACH or Wire transfer.
Can I downgrade?
Yes, if your store is processing fewer errors than the tier you’re currently in.
Privacy
Who sees my errors?
You control who can see errors. We allow you to add your team members, as well as share errors or with anonymous users should you wish.
Where are your data stored?
Our data center, where data is stored and encrypted at rest, is located in New York and San Francisco, USA and compliant with industry standards including AICPA SOC 2 and 3. We also use a global PoP network for fast and reliable experience.
Sharing a Recording and Breadcrumbs
Kuoll makes it easy to share recordings and breadcrumbs with your team members. There are two ways to share your recordings and breadcrumbs. You can either send a public Share Link or invite new team members to your Kuoll team.
Is my data safe at Kuoll?
Yes, it is safe. At Kuoll, we secure your data using end-to-end encryption, which is why our app and site are registered under https. We take data protection very seriously, and are dedicated to making sure any and all data is secure at all times.
